State Farm® Insurance Agent Tim Williams

"I am a policy holder for years with State Farm. In 2022 I requested a premium review by Tim Williams after seeing multiple increases on my policy. Tim’s written response was a comparison of my premiums vs comprehensive claims I had and said, I’m ahead on what I got from my coverage. Fast forward, 39 months later, I receive a refund check with his name on it and he was not aware it was even being sent to me. The refund is for overcharges, the same overcharges I asked him to review in 2022 and again on other dates. When asked about the review his claim was I just push a button that reviews the premium, I don’t look at the details of the policy. If you call before 9 or after 2 pm, he won’t be in the office. Rest assured, I get every email, text and notice of my premiums and payments. I recommend someone full time who cares about their customers and their well being. This agent isn’t the ‘Good Neighbor’ advertised. Update: State Farm underwriters escalation team called me back two weeks after the check was cut. They cannot provide any monthly breakdown on overcharges and interest. They literally don’t know how to calculate any of the figures. The agent left the office early again today. The underwriters say they cannot the financial people who prepared the report and they can’t speak to what was done."
